| Does the Certified Debt Service Coverage Ratio need to be generated by a CPA?It is generally prepared by a CPA in conjunction with the annual audit. In some cases, a certificate signed by a school official is required. Please refer to your compliance schedule, bond documents or contact your bond counsel. |
